Tiffany Accetturo is a Senior Tax Consultant at Tax Advisory Services Group, LLC.  Tiffany’s focus is in the area of state and federal motor fuel tax and sales/use tax advisory services.

Tiffany was formally Vice Present of Commodities’ Indirect Taxation at Citigroup where she served as the subject matter expert for indirect tax issues related to the trading of power, natural gas, both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and crude/refined products.  During her five-year tenure at Citigroup, Tiffany built out the motor fuel tax compliance process, wrote and negotiated indirect tax language in legal agreements with counterparties, and served as the main point of contact for all US indirect tax matters involving Citigroup Energy Inc. Tiffany also reviewed sales/use tax compliance for various Citigroup subsidiaries including  The Yield Book Inc, Automated Trading Desk LLC, and Citigroup Global Markets NA.  Tiffany spent time in London where she studied and visited the London Metals Exchange (LME) to help further her metals trading knowledge in order to handle all US indirect tax matters related to metals trading.  Additionally, she worked closely with various support groups related to Citi’s commodities’ trading business such as legal, traders, schedulers, middle office operations, IT, and credit.  Prior to Citigroup, Tiffany worked as a Sales Tax Manager at BCBGMaxAzria Group, Inc at the headquarters in Vernon, CA.  Tiffany started her career as Income Tax Analyst for Grant Thornton LLP in Chicago, IL.

Tiffany received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Accounting & International Studies with a minor in Political Science from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.  She also studied for a year at City University in central London and held an internship with the CFO & Chief Comptroller at Stella McCartney, Ltd.
